Create a Fuel service

Create a Fuel service

From the Vendor’s service dashboard press on “+ADD” to create a new service.

“Main information” page sets up the service as fuel type:

  • under category “Fuel” to enter the Fuel catalogue

  • service settings “Fuel” that will assign the specific service module.

  • The “Service title” is the service catalogue designation and must match the fuel type defined in the next section 2, that classifies under the catalogue search. For example, SAF could be a blend, synthetic etc, specified in the catalogue title, but will appear after “SAF SEARCH” in the fuel catalogue.

“Additional information” sets up the Fuel catalogue SEARCH parameters.

  • the “Catalogue Fuel type”, that will classify the offer in the catalogue SEARCH as Jet A or SAF for example.

  • The Service validity dates condition the service offer display in the Fuel catalogue. The service validity is different from the price validity period applied in the “Fuel prices” configurator (example: Jet A is offered all the year, but the price is updated every week).

  • The price validity period (defined in the “Fuel prices” configurator) limits only the price offer, in case it is out of date, “ON QUOTE” will appear in the Fuel catalogue, but the service will remain available.
