Stripe Financial Dashboard

A seller financial dashboard is available at https://app.myflightconnect.com/dashboard

Balance: Bank Transfer available

This number represents the sum of payments collected for more than 7 days, minus the marketplace commissions.

Please remember that payments are only transferred when they have been collected for more than 7 days AND if they pass the other checks.

Balance: Coming soon

The total amount for payments collected in the last 7 days, minus the marketplace commissions. A payment becomes available 7 days after being processed.

Balance: Total balance

The sum of “Bank Transfer available” and “Coming soon”. This amount is the total amount currently on the seller's Stripe wallet.

Transactions Listing

On the financial dashboard are listed all the transactions related to the seller.

A payment transaction is a positive transaction. And a refund is a negative transaction.

For each transaction contains the following information:

• Date of movement: When the transaction has occurred on the seller's wallet. Usually the day after the payment has been collected.

• Amount: The total amount of the related payment

• Fee: MFC commission fees (including Stripe fees)

• Net: Remaining amount for the seller. This number represents the “Amount” minus the Fee (commission of the marketplace).

• Customer: Who made de payment

• Ref Quote: Reference with the related Order.

• Payment Method: card or  sepa_debit

• Available at: The date when the payment will be available for payout (7 days after the payment has been collected).

Transaction for payment in total refund or payment canceled

Claimed orders with total refunds are visible with an “Amount” value set to 0 and a negative “Net” value.

The negative “Net” value represents the Stripe fees charged to the seller. See “Commission and Refunds” to know more.

If an order is canceled before payment is captured, a transaction line would appear with an empty “Available At” date.
